Building the Team for KenWave’s Next Stage of Growth

As KenWave’s work expands across North America and international markets, the team behind that work is growing too.

Over the past quarter, KenWave has welcomed several new team members whose experience strengthens different parts of the organization, from field delivery and client engagement to product development, data analytics and automation. Please welcome our newest team members this quarter:

Godwin Chianugo brings more than 12 years of experience developing connected hardware, analytics-driven software and infrastructure solutions for the water sector. His background includes product engineering, smart water systems, telemetry-enabled devices, predictive maintenance and leak detection. He has also led cross-functional teams working to translate real-world utility challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

Jerell Tolentino, PMP, brings 18 years of experience in business development, operations and project management across North America, Europe and Asia. His work has spanned critical infrastructure in the water, energy and transportation sectors, including pipeline condition assessment, asset management and structural monitoring. Jerell’s experience strengthens KenWave’s ability to work closely with utilities and engineering partners from initial conversations through complex program delivery.

Justin Hadisunjoto joins KenWave with more than a decade of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure. His background encompasses condition assessment, field operations, project management, product engineering and the development of robotic pipeline inspection systems. His combination of technical knowledge and hands-on delivery experience will support the continued advancement and deployment of KenWave’s Dynamic Response Imaging™ solution.

Rebecca Abdel-Malik, CPA, CGA, brings more than 15 years of accounting and financial leadership experience across engineering, infrastructure services and manufacturing organizations. Her background includes project accounting, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, cash and asset management, process improvement, and the leadership and mentoring of finance teams. Rebecca’s experience will help strengthen the financial systems and operational discipline needed to support KenWave’s continued growth.

Sophie Alia Khan adds expertise in data analytics, artificial intelligence, engineering and automation. Her technical background includes Python, SQL, machine learning, Databricks, Azure and AWS, along with experience developing data pipelines and integrating information from multiple platforms. Her capabilities will support KenWave’s continued work to turn complex field data into useful, decision-ready infrastructure information.

Together, these additions represent more than organizational growth. They expand the range of expertise KenWave can bring to utility partners, connecting field execution, engineering, product development, data analysis and client support within one growing team.

KenWave has also launched a new Careers page, making it easier for engineers, technologists, project professionals and other talented individuals to explore current opportunities and connect with the company.

As our projects and partnerships continue to grow, we are building the team needed to deliver consistent, practical and high-quality condition assessment programs around the world.
