He has excelled in Infrastructure, Heavy Civil, and Commercial sectors, delivering quality outcomes across various project types. As President of KenWave, Elia offers technical solutions at the tendering, pre-planning, and execution phase of projects. He fosters a collaborative environment for excellence and growth, aiming to elevate corporate standards and set new industry benchmarks.
Sebastien Perrier, BSc., MSc., Ph.D.
Senior Director of Technology
Sebastien is the Senior Director of Technology at KenWave, he brings the hidden potential of acoustics and vibration to life. With a background that includes a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering specialized in acoustics and vibration. With over 15 years of noise, acoustics, and vibration experience, Sebastien seamlessly merges advanced research with entrepreneurial innovation. At KenWave, he leads the innovation strategy, leveraging his expertise to scale novel technologies, solve industry challenges, and deliver tangible business impact. Sebastien’s passion extends beyond the science; he is driven by a genuine desire to break new ground and create technologies once thought impossible.
Gurvinder Mundi, P.Eng., M.A.Sc., Ph.D.

Gurvinder is a strong leader with over a decade of experience in engineering and project management, excelling in organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. His expertise lies in the sale and design of water management/treatment solutions, particularly in watermain condition assessment methods. He demonstrates proficiency in leading teams through project scopes, timelines, and budgets, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, engineers, and government agencies. Complemented by his minor in Business Administration, he possesses a holistic understanding of business operations, making him a valuable asset in navigating complex engineering challenges.

Cameron, our Director of Growth, brings a robust technical background in Engineering Physics and an unparalleled 24 years of dedicated experience in the water pressure pipe condition assessment space.
