Sebastien is the Senior Director of Technology at KenWave, he brings the hidden potential of acoustics and vibration to life. With a background that includes a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering specialized in acoustics and vibration. With over 15 years of noise, acoustics, and vibration experience, Sebastien seamlessly merges advanced research with entrepreneurial innovation. At KenWave, he leads the innovation strategy, leveraging his expertise to scale novel technologies, solve industry challenges, and deliver tangible business impact. Sebastien’s passion extends beyond the science; he is driven by a genuine desire to break new ground and create technologies once thought impossible.

Gurvinder is a strong leader with over a decade of experience in engineering and project management, excelling in organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. His expertise lies in the sale and design of water management/treatment solutions, particularly in watermain condition assessment methods. He demonstrates proficiency in leading teams through project scopes, timelines, and budgets, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, engineers, and government agencies. Complemented by his minor in Business Administration, he possesses a holistic understanding of business operations, making him a valuable asset in navigating complex engineering challenges.
Cameron White BSc. Eng., Director of Growth
Cameron is our director of growth with a technical Engineering Physics background and extensive experience in operations, product management, and driving growth across teams. He has a proven track record in managing and growing business operations, particularly in the condition assessment of pressure pipelines. With his experience and expertise he helps guide the team through complex challenges, and pushes the growth and presence of KenWave on the global market.
Although not all of our members are listed here, we have a strong team behind the scenes.
